Static wallpapers cost 2 credits each by default; higher-quality static images cost 4 credits. Live wallpapers are charged by duration and output mode: 720p is 8 credits/sec, 1080p is 10 credits/sec, and 4K is 28 credits/sec. Free credits can be used only for static wallpapers; paid subscription or pack credits can be used for static and Live generation.

Monthly plans grant paid credits for the current billing cycle. Yearly plans are billed yearly at about 20% off, while the displayed credit allowance is the monthly amount for that plan. Subscription credits do not roll over after the active billing cycle.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated handling from the payment provider. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, while current-cycle credits and tier perks remain active until period end.

If subscription credits run out, you can buy a one-time credit pack. One-time pack credits are valid for 12 months and can be used alongside subscription credits. Free users without enough credits may use the slow queue when eligible, subject to daily limits and abuse prevention.

Refunds are available only within 72 hours of purchase and only if no paid credits from that purchase or billing cycle have been used. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-refundable Stripe, payment network, tax, or processing costs unless required by law. Once any paid credit has been used, or after 72 hours, the purchase is non-refundable. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but keeps the current billing period active. Refund requests are reviewed manually through support and returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to the current paid period until it ends; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the active period.
