AI Content Generation Terms

Pricing and Payments

  • Refunds are available only within 72 hours of purchase and only if no paid credits from that purchase or billing cycle have been used. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-refundable Stripe, payment network, tax, or processing costs unless otherwise required by law. Once any paid credit has been used, or after 72 hours, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period; access remains available until the period ends. All refund requests are manually reviewed through support and returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
  • Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan
  • Premium features may require additional payment

Service Availability and Performance

  • We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access

  • We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
