Live wallpaper from image
Image to Live Wallpaper AI
Upload any photo and AI converts it into a short-loop MP4 live wallpaper in 9:16 portrait. Your source image drives the motion — no generic prompts required.
Animate your image
Drop your photo below and let the AI motion engine turn it into a 9:16 MP4 live wallpaper.
Turn your own photos into moving wallpapers
Image to Live Wallpaper AI is the upload-first workflow on this studio. Instead of writing a prompt from scratch, you bring your own source image — a portrait, a landscape shot, a product photo — and the AI motion engine adds a short ambient loop to it. The output is a 9:16 MP4 or WebM short loop, with options up to 15 seconds and up to 4K MP4, ready to set as a live wallpaper on a supported device or app. Portrait subjects with clear foreground separation animate well. Square photos get normalized to 9:16 during processing. The workflow does not guarantee photorealistic motion for every source image; results depend on the content of your upload.
How it works
- 1
Upload your source image
Drop a JPG or PNG into the generator. Portrait orientation and subjects with clear foreground separation tend to animate most naturally.
- 2
Refine motion direction and intensity
Optionally add a short motion hint to guide the AI — for example, 'gentle upward drift' or 'slow zoom in'. Leave it blank for the default ambient loop.
- 3
Download your 9:16 MP4
The generator returns a 9:16 short-loop MP4 or WebM. Default settings keep the first run lightweight, and premium output options can go up to 4K MP4. Save it and use a supported live-wallpaper app on your device to set it as your background.

Device and platform compatibility
The output is an MP4 or WebM video file. It works on any device that can play short-loop video as a live wallpaper — typically via a dedicated live-wallpaper app or a launcher that supports video backgrounds. Source images that animate best include portrait subjects, nature shots with a clear horizon, and compositions with a defined foreground layer. Highly detailed textures or extreme close-ups may produce less convincing motion. This tool does not install the wallpaper for you; the final step always happens on your device.
What this tool does not do
This is not a full video editor. Motion is limited to a short ambient or character-style loop — it does not produce cinematic scene transitions or complex camera moves. It does not output iPhone Live Photos directly; if you need a Live Photo file, a third-party app is required after downloading the MP4. It does not guarantee that every uploaded image will produce a satisfying animation; source image quality and composition strongly influence the result.

Using the MP4 on Android, iPhone, or PC
Once your image is animated, pick the setup guide that matches your device. The video output is the same MP4 file across every device.

FAQ
What image formats can I upload?
The generator accepts JPG and PNG uploads. Square images are automatically normalized to 9:16 during processing. Very small images (under 512px on the short side) may produce lower-quality results.
Will every photo animate well?
Not necessarily. Portraits with a clear subject against a softer background tend to animate most convincingly. Highly detailed textures, extreme close-ups, and images with complex repeating patterns may produce less natural motion. Preview the result before saving.
Can I use this to create an iPhone Live Photo?
This tool outputs an MP4 or WebM file, not an Apple Live Photo (.livp). To use the output as an iPhone Live Photo, you would need a third-party app such as intoLive or Save Live Photo after downloading the MP4. That conversion workflow is not provided or guaranteed by this site.
Is there a watermark on the downloaded file?
No. The downloaded MP4 or WebM file has no watermark. Commercial reuse is subject to the site's general terms.
